The official UK Facebook and Twitter for Emma Watson's upcoming drama, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, released a new poster for the film, and revealed that the British theatrical release date for the film is October 3, weeks after its US release.  Quote:

We're not really gonna focus on Logan Lerman here, as he has no general relevancy to us. This is why we peg it as Emma's movie, because she's still one of the main characters, even if it's not the lead.
This isn't a Percy Jackson fansite, after all. What interest would we have in reporting about it from Lerman's angle?

Woah. The poster looks great.
Although, I wouldn't call Emma more famous. I think Logan's quite famous. Almost as famous as Emma, considering that he didn't star in eight films belonging to an epic franchise for eleven years. That way, he's too famous.

well, with the new Percy Jackson movie coming out soon enough....THAT should catapult Logan Lerman up a good bit. The Three Musketeers did not do his career much good. Emma looks lovely as usual in the poster.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing 'Perks' though I still don't know how I feel about Emma playing Sam. I mean Emma is a brilliant actress and all though I don't feel this role was the best choice for her to be honest. I have personally read the book and she isn't whom I would personally cast as Sam. Though I must say I am excited for her and this film besides I have all faith in the Chbosky. | |
