Then her frown faded and was replaced with a look of alarm and in a manner of seconds it was clear why. The girl twisted her body and p o u n c e d upon her copy of The Monster Book of Monsters before it got away. The book, though bound with a leather strap, was doing a good job of overpowering her and it's constraint, even managing to bite her fingers between it's thick pages.
"Ouch! Hey! M'mmm..." She started off perturbed, but quickly changed her attitude when she realized that the boy certainly looked older and maybe he could help. "How do you calm these things down??".

In the midst of this struggle, the girls hair had fallen into her face and given her a 'talking mop' sort of look.
