He could see that Annie was disappointed that he wouldn't go back in there and dance with her. But that didn't mean that he couldn't dance with her outside... "I could dance with you out here maybe." And if no one else came out to laugh at him he would have more fun while doing it.

"It's okay, Annie. You didn't do anything." It was the others that had.

And speaking of the others... There was one of them now. He frowned a bit more as he saw Lissa. And she apologized, so he just nodded and then looked away. He wasn't really sure what to say to her.
