Rian hummed a made-up song to herself as she walked slowly around the cafe. She couldn't see any familiar faces - but that was no surprise. Liliana sighed, and walked into the cafe, carrying Allie. Maizie had wanted to stay at home, so she was with the nanny. Finding a table, Liliana put the five year old into a chair and went up to order. She brought back a chocolate muffin for her daughter, and a latte for herself. sitting down, she realised how few people she knew from the ministry. As she sat down, however, Allie got up and headed towards a table. Liliana got up to get hre, but before she could, Aliie started to swat at the woman's leg. Liliana rushed over and picked the child up
'No, Allie' she said firmly 'That's not what we do, is it? No.' she smiled apologetically at the woman 'I'm ever so sorry about that' she said
