It was too early in the morning for him.
Sam opened the door to the little cafe where he found himself every morning for the past couple days because this place had the BEST coffee! It beat the coffee that they served in the cafeteria at the Ministry -- he was actually never that fond of the cafeteria food and drinks. Why? He had no idea, but he only ate there when he didn't have enough time to venture down to this area to get someone to eat.
After buying himself a cup of coffee and a bagel, he made himself comfortable in one of the booth seats.
