Touching was not something the real Evelyn would do.
Weird.
"I think I am all baked out. This class and then Muggle Studies club. I would be happy if I never see an oven again!" Okay, so that wasn't really true, but she would like to stay away from the oven for at least a week after this. "And speaking of baking, weren't you supposed to make cookies?" Cookies that Destiny was not allowed to eat!? *pout*
Destiny jumped slightly at the question Evelyn asked. Did she mess up or something? Merlin, she hoped not, since she really, really didn't want to make this all over. "Isn't that what the book said? Only one cup?"
Eeesh!
"Well, good luck with that." she laughed, glancing at Destiny before looking back at the book, making sure she was reading it correctly. They still had four years left of school. The teachers, one way or another, were going to make them learn something. Eh.
Ugh, Destiny just had to remind her of Muggle Studies club. At least though, she didn't like...get all Gryffindor on her for that as of yet. Mwaha! Avoided conflict, once again! Until, she mentioned making cookies. Oops.
"Oh, right. Yea." she nodded, scooting the book towards her and burying her face in the words.
"I did that already actually. Like, a week ago. With...Rae. And some new first year." That she needed Destiny to meet. Nicole was...just so cool.
"But, we can totally go bake some more again. You're a better baking buddy." Perhaps, that would calm down Destiny in case she got angry. Hehe.
"And umm...yea. One cup. I was just making sure..."
