As far as hard vs. soft deletions, I'm more than willing to give you guys the permissions to do so, but keep in mind that it's not to be abused and when in doubt, just soft delete and ask myself or Anna. This is standard procedure for ALL mods of the site.
I'm going to assume that you'll all be good little doobies and not use your new permissions improperly. If anyone does, your permissions could be taken away and you may jeopardize your position as a department head, so just be reasonable with them. And again, if you're unsure, better to soft delete and ask someone! I can set it up, Tiff  I'm not doing anything right now so I have time on my hands
