She looked up to him, looking at those gorgeous eyes. "Thankyou" She whispered to him.
But then he stepped away. She felt the urge to curse under her breath but resisted doing so. She nodded her head as he told her to lead the way. She turned toward the enterance of the common room. She turned her head once to glance back to him right before she stepped out of the portrait hole.
Will could feel something surrounding them, something building up as he remained close to her like this. It felt familiar, but he couldn't place whom he had felt that way with. However, it didn't matter now, and he let the thought leave his mind. Then, he had stepped away- the mood shattering and a disappointment filling him.
As she glanced back, Will could see the sadness in Reynie's eyes. What had she been expecting? What had he been about to do? It didn't matter now, but he hoped that he could make Reynie smile once again. He followed her out of the portrait hole. "So, what is this ball for, anyway?" he asked her as they moved through the halls, the silence beginning to unnerve him. Quote:

"I actually do not get the opportunity to see Aslan as much as I would like" He told her.
Peter looked at where they had stopped and couldn't quite understand it. It was just a wall. What was so special about a wall? He looked back to Rose as she spoke. "Okay" He said to her curiously. He closed his eyes and thought about Cair Paravel. He could picture it perfectly, he even thought that he could smell it. "I'm ready" He told her with his eyes still shut.
Rose laughed softly. "That must be interesting... how long did it take for you to get used to the creatures talking?" she asked him, her smile warm. She knew that if she had ever met a talking animal, it would take a bit of getting used to. Not that she wouldn't be thrilled, more like she would have to become accustomed to it. Like Peter wasn't accustomed to the magic that surrounded him. "Well, that's sad," she said quietly, looking down. "He seems like a wonderful creature."
She smiled as he agreed to her experiment, and once he was ready, she began to lead him around. Pacing once, twice, and then a third time in front of the blank wall when suddenly a door appeared. "Peter- it worked! Open your eyes!" she whispered, indicating the door. "Come on!"
