Jeez, longest post ever! But interesting... Spencer listened intently, taking in every word and storing it in his mind. At the mention of the star shaped body, his eyebrow quirked upwards. Da Vinci? The Vitruvian Man? Hmm. He'd read a muggle novel about a killing similar to this once. Maybe there was actually some kind of cult that would do this. Not to self: Look into it.
The peppermint could have been any number of things. From a woman's perfume, to the victims shampoo, to a cleaning product, or even a chocolate left on the pillow of the hotel room. But he'd still consider it part of the obvious ritual trend that was emerging.

The two most improtant doccuments in a case file just happened to be missing. Now what was just too weird.
