Spencer raised an eyebrow. He scanned his memory, searching the mental map of the area in which he lived. As far as he saw, there was no alternate route. But he kept searching. There were a couple ally ways leading to back roads that could get him home, but wouldn't that be the more obvious place to attack him, in a dark ally? This guy was just messing with him, and still reading his bloody thoughts! He again, put up a block, and clenched his jaw. Why was he suddenly unwilling to go home, when he knew better then to believe a fortune teller, who was telling him that he was going to get mugged in public.
His eyes turned back to Vasquez, once again, wishing she'd get on with it. He just wanted to be away from this guy. Nowere in particular, just... Away. How he was going to work with him, Spencer didn't know. But in order to keep his job, he had to keep his mouth shut, even if it made him seem like an arrgant tool.
