Constantine opened his mouth to answer the Ravenclaws, but found himself being cut across by the Hufflepuff again. He furrowed his brows and stared at the boy, unblinkingly.
"You know...if you stopped talking for half a second and let me DO my job, then you'd hear what I have to say. And if you say one more thing and ignore the DIRECT order I gave you, I will take five from Hufflepuff. Now, clear off, please," he finished, turning back to the ravenclaws.
"Now, if I may say what I wish...," he sighed, shoving his hands in his pockets. "Why would I punish you for doing what you did because you got lost? Doesn't that seem a littleee abnormal to you? Not to mention, it would only go to show that I have no heart. But, I do. It's there, I promise. He smiled gently and slipped his hands into his pockets.
It was cold... "I have hot chocolate...and a nice fire...and a dog," he pointed out, "Perhaps you would like to pop into my hut and warm up?"
