"Now as far as those leaders go, I've been impressed by the way you, Callie and Max," she smiled over at them, "have participated in this discussion, coming up with good suggestions and comments.So I had it in mind to ask both of you to head one of the three teams with me doing the other.We'll sort out who does which areas soon.Do you think you'd be able to do that? Of course I'd check in with each team regularly. And would that plan be ok, Mr Lee?" She shot a quick look over at her boss.All decisions still had to meet with his approval.

Max listened to Olivia, 'How did she plan things out like this so simply without a layout of the area' and he wrote down what she said this was a very important aspect "6 on each team, but how many teams do you think we will need to controll this crowd. It's going to be a very big gathering of the magical Community from all over." She then said his name. "You want me as a leader?" He was rather shocked by this, maxwell wasn't much of a leader...Very Talkative yes, but he never really led anything. Except when he was Quidditch captain, but hufflepuff had their worst year of Quidditch then, but that could have been to the fact that his team was lazy and they never came to practice... oh well thats over with. "Umm...Im not much of a leader, I'd try my best, But you and Mr. Lee have to decide on that."
