Krel stepped into the reception area outside of Ms. Bass’ office dressed in a simple burgundy skirt suit. Her traveling robes were draped over her right arm which was also carrying a small black briefcase. Her coppery hair was pulled into a loose ponytail near the nape of her neck and small silver earrings graced her earlobes.
Krel took a moment to make sure her black and burgundy striped tie was straight. The area was busy.
Good, Krel thought.
I won't be bored. Krel was, if nothing else, a woman who liked to keep herself occupied. Idle hands led to an idle mind which led to trouble.
