"Thornton? I've never heard of him. If he's anything like our Ministry professors, he must be evil," Anna replied. "What'd he do to you?" While waiting for Cale to reply, Anna suddenly noticed that the two of them were still seated on the ground, the place they'd ended up after she pretty much tackled him with a hug. She smiled at the memory, but she didn't move or bother to get up from her spot. Now that she really thought about it, she was sitting kind of close to him, and that was more than perfectly fine in her book.
