I have a very, very important mission for each of you to help with. This task has been requested from the very top. I am working very hard to come up with a variety of forms. Knowing what excellent employees we have in the Department of Magical Education (all of you are wonderful and have never let me down) I know that I can count on each of you to help out with this task.

First of all, we are working on a transfer form for members of the Ministry who are in other departments and want to come to the Department of Magical Education. Basically, this will be a questionnaire to determine whether a person should be placed with us or not. Any ideas or suggestions on this form would be appreciated!

Next, we are working on the OWL and NEWT tests, and this is a very, very important task, as well. It seems both tests are quite out of date so we have to get new ones in place. Questions on these tests, of course, should be representative of the levels, and I would suggest that the professors should be contacted for input on questions that would be suitable for the test (I would suggest the tests be divided into areas for each subject - Astronomy, Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, Care of Magical Creatures, Charms, DADA, Divination, Flying, Herbology, History of Magic, Muggle Studies, Potions and Transfiguration, possibly a general area as well.) Because this is such an important task, I am involving the Inspection Committee as well as the Examinations Authority to help with brainstorming for this.

Let's all work on getting these documents a reality! You will be proud of your work, as everything we are making up will actually be used, either for classifying Magical Education employees or in the school itself.

You can come to my office with any ideas and we can work on it, or you can brainstorm together, however you see fit.

Thank you, I know you will all do a great job, and I can't wait to see what you come up with!
