Amelia knew this was going to be a great place to work. Back in the Italian Ministry, it was too formal, no freedom, no confidence. He boss was her boss and nothing else. Here, it seemed to be the complete opposite. Relaxed, valued, know that they were going to work their damned hardest and get results. And she had a sneaking suspicion that they were going to be friends as well as work colleagues.

Rubbing her hands together, it sounded like they were onto their first assignment.

Amelia smiled at Nathan, hoping he would relax into the role and not worry about what other people thought. He did seem pretty nervous, but from her experience from see her father's colleagues in the muggle Police, she knew that he was probably going to be the most productive member of the office. He seemed more of a people person than pleasing the powers that be and that suited her fine.
