| astronomizzle ♧ gryffinDORK | & the rest is drag ♣ #badluckDerf An attempt had been made to reign it back on topic...and Cooper was not entirely sure he had entirely accomplished that and saved face a bit. Cooper never really considered himself to be someone with a lot of pride, or at least not someone who was bruised easily and it took a great bit of force for him to become too down on himself...but oof, this was embarrassing. Obviously a reflection upon himself, the emphasis the guest lecturer placed on the meerkat being a representation echoed between his ears in a rather self deprecating kind of way. Of course it wasn't a real meerkat and, well, anyway. Deep breath in and a nice slow one out, the Ravenclaw attempted to expel the negative energy he was subconsciously giving permission to settle in his chest.
Nodding his head as Mr. Carter spoke, he settled in and focused in on the next question...which he paused for a bit of reflection before he offered a response. "Given the nature of a patronus, its creation and how one successfully conjures is corporeal form, I would venture to guess that creatures...the real ones...that are sociable would be among the more common ones to manifest themselves...likes canines," he theorized, echoing his cousin a bit. "...or dolphins...meerkats...and felines... I would also imagine that mundane animals may be more common than magical ones, a horse before a unicorn or abraxan, for example. Creatures that tend to live more solitary lives are the rarer forms of a patronus."
Also...Milo...oof. A can of worms he was going to work on not letting his brain go spiraling through.
