It took every single ounce of her being not to reply with 'I know'. Every. Single. Ounce. It was that 'actually' that bothered her so much. Made her feel all sorts of small. But she smiled politely instead and went back to doodling in her sketchbook because she was incessantly polite. Something else she decided not to voice? Her thoughts on going over the history of the spell. Okay, so maybe it'd show up on their end-of-the-year exams. But, like, why else was it necessary to know the history of a spell? Kinsay couldn't think of a single practical reason (and obviously she knew best here). It was probably just busy work. Kinsay knew all the professor tricks in the book, see?
So rather than answer any of the boring questions, she raised her hand to address one of the better ones. Like, what was the most common form of a corporeal patronus. "Is the most common one a dog?" Because there were tons of dog people in the world. And dogs are protective. And cute. And there were tons of dog breeds, so that's like a million possibilities. And all of these supporting details were thought of after she made her guess. As one does.
