Exercise Room EXERCISE ROOM Venturing past the locker rooms and beyond portraits of notable Law Enforcement employees are two nondescript doors. The one on the right opens to the exercise room, a critical space for maintaining the physical fitness required for fieldwork. Law Enforcement employees, especially those actively involved in apprehending suspects, need to be in top physical condition due to the demanding nature of their duties.
The exercise room is equipped with an array of fitness machines, free weights, boxing equipment, yoga mats, and even a swimming pool. In one corner, a group of punching bags offers an outlet for stress relief, while an enchanted water cooler, magically refilling itself as needed and manually refreshed daily, ensures a constant supply of fresh, cool water. Towels are readily available on shelves, with hampers provided for used ones. Whether sparring with a partner or engaging in solo workouts, the exercise room serves as a valuable resource for employees to stay in shape and manage stress. It's a place to blow off steam before facing the challenges of their duties.
While primarily intended for Law Enforcement personnel, Ministry employees from other departments can also use the facility, provided they are accompanied by a Law Enforcement employee. This policy ensures that everyone can benefit from the well-equipped space while maintaining security and proper use of the equipment.
