Upon organizing everything, Aurora had heard a voice. Looking up she noticed a man. The department head, Gideon. Upon saying that, she stood up out of politeness and respect for the man. He looked exhausted. Something must have happened recently, but she wouldn't pry about it. At least not yet anyways.

"Is there anything you would like me to start with, sir?" Aurora had asked, eager to start working right away. Hopefully, it wasn't going to be paperwork and she'd be able to go do some things right away. But, if it was paperwork that had to be done, then so be it. At the end of the day, the new Senior Investigator would get the job done, no matter what manner of work it was.
