The slightest bit of pink rose to Evangeline's cheeks while her coworker and her plus-one talked about her thirst. She was somewhat grateful that Cassius was being particularly dense at the moment and couldn't appreciate Ryu's joke. And she was more grateful when he dropped it and they continued to talk about rugby and such.

Yes, yes, play! "That sounds like a wonderful idea, hmm?" she looked at Cassius with a smile. Now he could have an equal opponent who actual wanted to play! Mind, Evangeline wasn't totally against trying new things, but really, they had just arrived and she at least wanted to take a look a the whole set up and get a drink before doing so. "I'll go and fetch some drinks for when you're finished, if you like." She was curious to see if Benzi had arrived. And, Angelo, of course, and if he had invited someone to accompany him ~~because he didn't ask HER~~.
