Oh boy. Maybe this was a bad idea. Natalie got nervous in big crowds and she had underestimated how big this crowd was. And it was getting bigger. And everybody was taller than her.

She was still flustered when the older boy was talking to her and her cheeks were still pink. "Erm... yeah." As in, yeah, there was indeed a lot of excitement going on right then and it was overwhelming. She wanted to make friends with some American kids but they were all older than her and they all already looked like they had friends.

Internally pouting, Natalie accepted the invitation from the boy and sunk down onto the bench beside him. She was too small to make conversation with anyone else, so she just sort of lurked, her wide blue eyes looking between all the people. She did happen to catch Brent waving at a pretty girl. Mhm, it was noticed.

"Is that your girlfriend?" Natalie asked him innocently.
