The movie that turned colorful at that, yes good, Genny loved the colors more. Although this Dorothy girl sounded a little annoying to her, no reason except that she did. "Maybe the director changed its mind after shooting the first few scenes." Bahaha. Of course not. It must be kind of 'artistic' back in the day. Now it just looked dumb.

Moving on to the more pressing discussion at hand. Genny looked as serious as the professor when she explained Dorothy's shoes issue. "Yep." They did. "My mom's side and my brother have lots of muggle connections, so I know things." Prohibited things even. "They go out to cinemas to make out in the dark. It must be a fun experience that everyone does it....." She gave his close face a once over before feeling the need to move away a tiny bit more.

The house-elf brought them food, though!!!!!!!!!! Genny loved food, so she literally beamed at the little creature when it started talking with no voice being heard over the movie's volume. She waved him over so he'd drop some food at her desk! FOOD! YAY!
For as much as he was trying not to disrupt the movie for anyone else, Blaise couldn't help but snicker at Genny's suggestion. Muggles were sometimes an indecisive bunch making the excuse just as legit as any other. "I bet the people in the theatre way back then thought it was really neat." What with the advent of technology and all that stuff, they couldn't have been too used to seeing stuff like this. Come to think of it, they might have been blown out of the park.

And this was actually interesting--not the girl who'd just found herself hopelessly lost in a completely different world and was handling it QUITE calm under those circumstances, but rather this muggle practice Genny was explaining. Did Bentley know about this?

He didn't think to question her leaning away, oh no, he had questions otherwise. "But then why pay to watch the movie? Do the people that work there just...let them?" He got that the cinema would be dark and all but he still imagined it'd be a bit awkward.

While Genny signaled the elf over, Blaise found his gaze shifting momentarily back to the film. He wasn't entirely sure what was going on--having been only occasionally glancing at the screen every now and then--but WHAT was that lion? "This is practically scandalous." He decided. A cowardly lion sure but that guy on screen was a downright awful mess! Circe.
