Generally Zeph is very laid back, and he tries hard to get along with everyone. However... he is only human, and his patience can be a bit lacking in certain situations. The former Badger does have some claws, and he's not unwilling to throw people out for being more trouble than their galleons are worth.

(There's more to this but I'm still feeling him out.) Zeph had a bit of an obsession with sweets as a child, and could often be found with some in his pockets. He wanted to be a candymaker when he grew up, but for his 14th birthday his parents sent him the most delicious cake he'd ever had, and it sparked his interest in baking. He often bothered the house elves at Hogwarts to let him use their kitchenwares to try out things. Upon graduation he began to attend numerous cooking and baking classes, with the hope of opening up his own pâtisserie; however, when Floreans went on the market it was a chance that he couldn't pass up and his parents helped him to secure it with a discretionary loan.
