BIOGRAPHY
Sylvester, during his time at school, was one of those guys that got along with everyone and everyone got along with him (even the Slytherins). He made a point of speaking to everyone he could and befriending most. He was well liked and Sylvester tried to make everyone happy. Academically he wasn't greatest student, but he was far from being the worst. It was during his time at Hogwarts and his interactions there that helped him decide what it was he wanted to do when he graduated Hogwarts: become a Healer, or more specifically, a therapist.
After he left Hogwarts, he volunteered in a number of places including a charitable organisation supporting homeless witches and wizards, and also a care service offered to distressed muggle parents who had recently discovered their children had magical abilities. Three years passed of Sylvester gaining this kind of experience before he applied to St. Mungos for an internship to train as a qualified general healer, specialising in wizardy therapy later.
His training took him seven years in total to complete all elements of his Healer training and also his speciality education. He had made a great number of friends during this time and had even had a small thing with one of his colleagues, a Miss. Mackenzie Sparx. He and Mackenzie broke it off after their training officially concluded and agreed to go their separate ways.
Sylvester spent around a year working as a fully qualified Wizarding Therapist in St. Mungos before dedicating himself to a contract with Hepzibah's Clinic For the Magically Deranged. He dealt with the likes of muggles who had been exposed to magic and were suffering from the ordeal mentally or wizards whose spells may have messed with their mental well being, plus much more. The job brought something new to the table everyday and Sylvester LOVED it.
Everything was going smoothly in his life until two years later when he returned home to find that someone had broken into his apartment and abandoned a baby. His baby. The note that was left amongst the bundled child explained that Mackenzie had fallen pregnant during their time together. She kept Terri (that was his name) a secret considering how adamant Sylvester had been that they break it off. She further explained how difficult it was for her to find work as a single mother, no one wanting to take on a female Healer with such draining responsibilities. She claimed she could deal with it no longer and that she was now leaving Terri in his custody and his custody alone.
Sylvester tried to track down Mackenzie, but to no avail. He suspected she had moved country to make it difficult for him to find her. Despite being landed with a baby, he managed. It was rocky at first, but once he got his shifts slightly altered at the clinic and a loyal nanny in place, his life started to get back on track again and now he had a boy who he loved to pieces.
As the years went on, however, Sylvester found himself not being that interested in his work as he once was. He began resenting people coming and moaning to him about their problems as if they were the only important thing in the world. He slowly grew grumpy, and with Terri growing older and more demanding, stress and life was starting to get him down. Particularly since he felt lonely most of all, not having gone on a date with someone in a good few years.
He soon quit his job, refusing to be around people. He applied to the Daily Prophet for their vacancy regarding a Health and Advice Columnist. He figured that this way he didn't actually have to DEAL with the people face to face. However, the damage was done and he had just become a bitter soul, feeling as if the world was out to get him. The problems he was sometimes sent infuriated him even more than the ones he experienced in the clinic since they were usually even MORE ridiculous.
Sylvester has also recently found out that his son, now 11, is a squib, which he isn't taking too kindly to. He is trying to power through and act as if it doesn't matter, but deep down it DOES matter. He's been trying to use muggle devices as part of his day to day workings to see if he can UNDERSTAND the life his son will be living a little bit more, but it is proving fruitless...

History:
Jude was born in Derby shire on a farmland, of which his parents owned. He never had many friends as a little kid, apart from his favourite sheep who he named Hocus. He was home schooled until the age of eleven, and then upgraded to attend Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It was a shock to the system, to say the least. He was sorted into Ravenclaw house, where he made quite a lot of friends. He'd been a character all his life, always adding a little extra volume to things. It wasn't until his seventh year, when Hocus passed away, that he went a little quiet and totally studies-focused. People laughed at his sheep-grief. But Hocus WAS his best friend since he was 6 years old, so...
Jude graduated Hogwarts with great exam results, and decided to take some time away from the farm he had grown up in. He spent five years travelling the world, using money from his parents and obviously, working his way along the routes. He'd met many people and learned many cultures and languages on his journeys, and when he was twenty-four, Jude decided to return home for a while.
He didn't settle down great, living a year with his parents to work at the farm. His cousin also lived there, too. After his parents were tragically killed in a car collision. Jude enjoyed having William there, but he soon realized that his pair of hands were no longer required at the farm. So he needed to find something else to do.
When he turned twenty-eight, and after endless job hunting, Jude was given a shopkeeper opportunity in Diagon Alley. It was awesome, and was definitely a boost from the downfall of his life that he'd been going through.
Personality:
Jude is a very positive and ambient character, adding extra volume to stuff. As a child, he'd always run along the fields with Hocus, screaming at the top of his lungs just for the sake of it. He also liked rolling down hills at epic speed, but what kid DIDN'T love doing that? Jude is very clever, getting this trait from his father who taught him as a child. He took these brains to Hogwarts, where he excelled in his exams. His favourite subject was Care of Magical Creatures, obviously.
Taking his loud and positive attitude into light, Jude is a very easy person to get along with. He likes to make people smile, but without making them uncomfortable. Because his welcoming exterior can often do that to people... He has been through all of his adulthood, after one failure of a girlfriend in school. Jude has commitment issues, which comes from his dislike to settle down with something. Hopefully, the new job will allow him that closure.

Elisa is more like your happy go lucky kind of girl. She doesn’t worry too much of her future, ready to face any challenges, almost eager for them. She is cheerful and vibrant, with an infectious smile. She always tries to adapt herself to fit whatever situation she gets involved in. She doesn’t like to be the center of attraction; rather, she prefers working backstage most of the time on her own terms. Though she grew up in a full household, she wasn't too close to her older siblings, and preferred to be on her own. So she kinda tries to steer away from parties and crowds. Also, hates kiddos for reasons yet unknown. Maybe because they are over smart? Or try to act all grownup.. Its just that ELisa has no patience for anyone. Which is a bit of a weakness..
At first glance, Elisa may come across as a somewhat shy and reserved human being. Not one to trust very easily, she can be seen to be slightly cold at times because of this attribute. Lucia's attitude towards a person depends on how they appear to her. She is prudent, cautious, and stern, but she loves nothing more than a good laugh. Charlotte ‘Charlie’ Anderson grew up in London, the third born to Arthur and Alodie Anderson. As a young child she was always tagging along with her older brother’s, wanting to do everything that they did. This made her into a bit of a tomboy and also allowed her to learn how to stick up for herself. She has always been closest to Abram and the two have kept in close contact even after he moved to pursue a career working with dragons. Her childhood home was filled with both wizard and muggle traditions, her mother being adamant about keeping her personal heritage honored in the home. Charlotte’s father Arthur, encouraged his children to study hard and emerge themselves in the magical world. His work as a healer inspired Maxwell, the oldest son, to go into healing as well. Charlie’s younger sister and her do not get along well, them having completely different personalities. The two have learned to squash their differences as they’ve become older.
Life at Hogwarts was quite fun for Charlie. She met her best friend Amanda Lewis on her first train ride and the two have been inseparable ever since. The girls got into quite a bit of mischief at school, their adventurous natures sometimes getting them into trouble. In her first year, Charlie made the Quidditch team and developed a love of the sport. She played every year after that as a Beater and found great success playing in that position. Academically, Charlie worked hard. Her father had instilled a strong work ethic at a very early age and Charlie put a lot of pressure on herself not to let him down. She excelled at Defense Against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration.
After Hogwarts, Charlie had a falling out with her father as she did not want to follow in his footsteps and become a healer. Instead of going to Uni, the blonde packed up and decided to backpack all over Europe. After zigzagging her way around, she settled in Edinburgh where she became quite close with the owners of an Inn. They introduced her to Angus Crawford, the owner of Crawford’s Creations Tattoo Parlor. He then took her under his wing and mentored her, even giving her her very first tattoo. The blonde has loved the tattooing/piercing industry ever since.
After returning home from her travels, Charlie started spending a lot of time in Diagon Alley catching up with friends and trying to figure out what she wanted to do jobwise. From a young age, Fiona always wanted to please people. Any job she was given was met with careful planning and consideration before carrying it out to the best of her abilities. Her work had to be perfect, or as close to perfect as she could get, and the positive responses she would receive for a job well done fueled the often shy red head, even if she didn’t make a big deal about how hard she’d worked. In a large family filled with strong personalities, shining in this way gave Fi the opportunity to stand out. Unfortunately, this sometimes meant that Fiona was taken advantage of. As she got older, it was a struggle to learn and be okay with saying ‘no’ to others who expected her to do any and all the work.
Because of how shy she was during her youth, Fiona learned to observe others and learn about them in this way. She would remember details about people of interest, no matter how small, and then use those details to form bonds if and when she finally worked up the courage to make an introduction. Over the years, she’s gotten much more comfortable with herself and while she’s still soft-spoken, the red head is able to make fast friends with others, gaining their trust by being a supportive, loyal, and reliable friend in return.
Academically, Fiona has always excelled. She enjoys being a student and she becomes particularly excited when focusing on subjects she loves: History of Magic, Wandlore, and Ancient Runes. Her enthusiasm for these subjects in particular have guided the course of her adult life and brought her to her current career path. Though she sometimes overloads herself with work because of her intense need to know all she can, her dedication to her field is commendable and impressive to those working above her.

A bit of a grump. Jaded. Tends to expect his parade will be rained on. He's more at home on his own than he is in big groups, and he loves nature. He's quite the adventurer and enjoys getting out there in the world, which is why he was attracted to wandlore, and particularly in actually making his own wands. He's fairly hopeless with people though, and finds it easier to understand a person based on their wand match than by actually getting to know them. He's not comfortable with anyone whose wand he doesn't know. He's got a real knack for working with wand woods, and loves working with unstable and rare cores. Likes jazz music. Thinks you are boring. Has no time for hooligans. Never reads fiction books. Ever. Believes in 'street justice' but doesn't have any sort of ability to carry it out. Really good at coming up with comebacks well after they are needed. Has been known to shake his fist at those darn kids and complain about how things were different back in his day. Acts seventy. Always has. Even when he was four. Sometimes corrects other people's grammar in the middle of conversations. Tends to be easily manipulated by women. Develops infatuations easily. Isn't aware that he can be a bit of a creeper. Means well. Except when he doesn't.
History:
Ira Banner is the middle child in his family. He has an older brother, Helo, who is annoyingly perfect, and a younger sister Hollis, who is annoyingly cheerful. This leaves Ira who is neither of those things. He loves his family but Merlin, they're annoying. Problem is that they are people and Ira isn't a big fan of those at the best of times. Ira is a published author, who has several works on wandlore available. He has been working at Ollivanders since June 2079, and acquired it as his own in August 2085 after purchasing it from Bryce McLaughlin, the previous owner and the man who had originally hired him, after Bryce chose to sell up to see to his family.

Both his parents were sent to Azkaban for having used the Killing Curse at fellow wizards because of a huge misunderstanding. He was left under the care of his Aunt and Uncle but ran away just after he reached the age of 17 (legal age for wizards) with no note. He took the longest train ride ever from Bulgaria to Scotland. He wanted to keep his distance from his family, whom he thought were just a pack of lame people. Determined, he took a few Muggle jobs (ex. cashier and all) for a living until he thought the little salary he earned couldn't support him any longer. Feeling like he's neglecting the fact that he was a wizard, he decided to find a job down in where thought was the place for him, Knockturn Alley.

His surname, di Angelo, was taken from one of my favorite book series, Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Ironically, it means 'from the angel' which is far away from Shane's personality. No, he's not sweet and even if he tried to, he never will be. Everything about him just came to me one by one, starting with his name and his history. Using the information I had with his history, I made his personality out of it and tried to make it Knockturn Alley-ish. Heh.

Tyler is the youngest son in the family and as a result he tends to be dependent on his parents. Tyler is a wanderer by heart. Just because you can't find him doesn't mean he's not slacking off from his responsibilities. He's a good conversationalist, but will usually be doing something while speaking with you, which may come off as rude at times. He is obsessive about anything his biological Father is up to, and idolizes him. He does not like his Mother's new family, and finds them rather lame. Bringing them up will usually cause Ebenezer to ignore you.
Biography: Ebenezer was born to Pureblood parents of German descent in Cologne, Germany where they raised him. Unfortunately, his father filed for divorce only a few years into his Education at Hogwarts. Taking legal custody of her son, his mother decided to move to America where Ebenezer would finish his Education at the Salem Institute in Massachusetts. While he was away at school, his mother remarried. This hurt him a great deal because he loved his Father despite the little contact they had with each other. With that said, he loathed his Step-Father because the man pushed Ebenezer to focus all his attention towards succeeding in school...and forbade him from partaking in club sports, such as Gobstones (the sport that his Father went Professional in)
After Graduating, Ebenezer decided to continue his education further and applied to Edinburgh's Wizarding University. Uncertain in what to excel in, he chose Foreign Languages, because he wasn't keen on focusing on a single subject. He also took time to join the University's Gobstones club, hoping to improve his skills in the sport even more. He'd become infamous with his aggressive play and bad sportsmanship. Ebenezer set a University Record of most penalties given in one year, leaving the previous record completely shattered. All the while, he had really warmed up to his Major and went on to study three other languages along side the original, which was German.
After Graduating, Ebenezer moved to Wales and tried out multiple times for the Welsh Gobstones Club that his Father had played for in his youth. Unable to secure a spot right away, he took on a muggle Mail room job to support himself while he continued to chase his dreams over the following three years. After his latest failed attempt at making the club his Father got in contact with him, convincing Ebenezer to move on and continue his studies in Foreign Languages. Applying back to EWU, he began his Masters coursework, choosing two Creature-languages to also improve on. He has yet to decide if he will rejoin the University's Gobstones Club on account of his constant moving back and forth between classes at Edinburgh's sister university and EWU.

The surname 'Eboué' might sound like French, and it is: the family migrated from Ivory Coast in 1953, and managed to keep their surname somehow. None of the Eboués speak French, and they consider themselves as British, but they are also proud of the surname.
And Angelina grew up with the 'legend's of Eboué too. She had had to listen just how amazing her ancestors were at magic, and she was pressured to reach the same magic level. Her magic developed normally, and her family was content: she was accepted to the school of fashion and she was hoping to create her own clothes after graduation. She had finished her third grade until that dreadful moment: Jack Fitch (her boyfriend for the last four years) asked her to marry him. Erica is the typical business woman. She works hard and is beyond organized. To her everything has to be clean and tidy and at it’s best which is why some people might call her a perfectionist and a perfectionist she may be yet she has a much warmer side. This brunette is very friendly and knows exactly how to deal with customers as she has been doing so for the past years in her various past careers. She can remain calm and modest in even the toughest and most rude situations as she believes that shouting and screaming only causes more chaos. This is her work-like personality, yet outside of work she tends to creep out her shell more.
Although Erica is quite comfortable doing various activities on her own she also tends to enjoy the company of some people, particularly family. Quidditch Through the Ages
From the very beginning Erica had a love for Quidditch. At only the age of three she began taking an interest in the sport and would often be seen showing off around the house with her toy broom. This passion only grew further and at school she played Quidditch all those seven years. Yet she knew playing was not a reliable career choice and her marks were not the kind to be ignored. Therefore to not waste her marks or working methods Erica studied towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business administration knowing that she could still work within the Quidditch career field if she so wished.
During her university years she began waitressing to help her gain experience as well as money of her own. It was then that she also met her soon to be husband, James Taylor. The two dated for over a year and then eventually married naively in 2074. The marriage only lasted three years due to complications that Erica does not fondly wish to speak of. The two are still in touch but both are happy with the divorce.
After her studying and whilst going through her divorce Erica began to work as an assistant manager for the Falmouth Falcons, quidditch team. There she gained more experience than she could have ever wished, yet her hope of a promotion to actual manager never appeared and eventually she tired, wanting to begin something new. It was then she began her own business.
Her home business would help supply Quidditch teams with uniforms as well as equipment rather than have them go through all the trouble themselves. It was a rather successful business and Erica rather enjoyed those working years, yet things began to fail close to the end and it was then that her wealthy father bought her Quality Quidditch Supplies to shopkeep and successfully run.
There are still many aspects of her past that Erica keeps hidden but if you wish to find out more, be careful with how you ask. She is not fond of everything and will not share everything with anybody either.

Silas was raised in a family consisting of two parents and two sisters. One being older than him by a year and the other younger than him. Some History
Val was an only child. He spent majority of his time raised at the Sanctuary following his mother's death. His father wasn't present at the time, and he didn't care to find him since he wasn't searching for him anyway. The summer following his eleven birthday, Val was accepted at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic where he began living throughout his entire education when it wasn't summer. Val paid more careful attention to his studies than increasing his reputation of remaining anti-social in the library.
His best friend Deacon offered him a place to stay in London after his sixth year, away from the Sanctuary and after he helped around the Bertino family's shop, he was encouraged to find a job after graduating in the meantime while he was unsure on his future. Val began interning during the summer and despite a certain incident he was offered a full-time position as assistant, which he gratefully accepted.

Though her mother died when she was a young child, Libby's father raised her and her two older brothers to follow the family trade of creating broomsticks for the Cleansweep Broom Company. The craft of creating broomsticks was interesting, but Libby found herself far more intrigued by the subject of wandlore and was quick to peg that as her career path early on in life. During her time at Hogwarts, Libby earned high marks on both her OWLs and NEWTs and interned with two different wandmakers during the summers between her fifth and sixth then sixth and seventh terms. Nikho Pham was born into a wizard family of mixed decent. Nikho grew up as an only child in his home in England, where he attended a muggle primary school until showing signs of magic. He was quickly withdrawn from muggle school as to not draw any suspicion and soon received his Hogwarts letter the summer after he turned eleven. Nikho then attended Hogwarts for the next seven years where he was a proud member of Ravenclaw house. After graduation, he went back to live with his parents for the next four years while he attended university and studied various aspects of business and took general studies elective courses “just for fun”.
After graduating uni, Nikho went on to take a position at a local bookshop near a flat he moved to still quite near his family’s home. Again after a few years of employment at the apothecary, Nikho decided he needed a change of scenery, finding that he was growing bored of his current situation. Generally Zeph is very laid back, and he tries hard to get along with everyone. However... he is only human, and his patience can be a bit lacking in certain situations. The former Badger does have some claws, and he's not unwilling to throw people out for being more trouble than their galleons are worth.
History
(There's more to this but I'm still feeling him out.) Zeph had a bit of an obsession with sweets as a child, and could often be found with some in his pockets. He wanted to be a candymaker when he grew up, but for his 14th birthday his parents sent him the most delicious cake he'd ever had, and it sparked his interest in baking. He often bothered the house elves at Hogwarts to let him use their kitchenwares to try out things. Upon graduation he began to attend numerous cooking and baking classes, with the hope of opening up his own pâtisserie; however, when Floreans went on the market it was a chance that he couldn't pass up and his parents helped him to secure it with a discretionary loan.

Everett was born to Andrew Benson, a wizard, and Samantha Benson, a Muggle, on the 30th of May, 2061 in Manchester, England. He was raised in the Muggle community and he grew up as an unusually quiet child. At the age of six, he began showing signs of magic. That was when Andrew decided to inform his wife and son about the Wizarding World (yer a wizard, Everett!!). The boy was delighted to hear the news. In the summer of 2075, he received his Hogwarts acceptance letter.
At Hogwarts, he was Sorted into Slytherin. He was very ambitious - his dream was being Head Boy! Everett thought that the best method to achieve this was to excel in all his classes. However, no matter how hard he tried, he could not get his grades up. He was strong in Herbology and Potions, but did not do so well in… the other subjects. Throughout his years at Hogwarts, he could often be found in the greenhouses, taking care of and experimenting with magical plants, or in the Common Room playing Wizarding Chess with a few friends.
After graduation, Everett attended Ambleside Wizarding University. He graduated two years later with a double degree in Herbology and Business Administration. The twenty-year-old hoped to find an occupation in the field of Herbology, but failed time after time. He decided to take some time off and spent a year and a half travelling around the world. During his time in Denmark, he met his current girlfriend, Raea Frandsen. Upon his return to England, he put aside his passion for Herbology for the time being and took up the first job opportunity he had - an assistant bartender at a pub. However, due to his ambitious personality, he was not satisfied with his job. After a year, he moved on as a candymaker at Honeydukes. Miraculously, he found himself liking children more and more.
On a recent trip to Diagon Alley, Everett found out about an opening at Florean Fortescues Ice Cream Parlour and after careful consideration, applied.
PERSONALITY
Everett is ambitious and self-preserved and can work well in a small team. Social interactions, however fun they are, drain his battery limit and so he needs alone time to recharge himself up. He will not start a conversation with a stranger unless he absolutely has to. This may be why he does not have many friends. However, he maintains good relationships with the few close buddies he has. In his free time, he enjoys taking care of his plants and listening to music.

Personality & Background: Sidonie was born part of a pureblood family known in France, for both Muggles and Wizards alike, as being something like the crème de la crème as far as Art Connoisseurs go. The Harcourts specialize in art curation, owning several galleries themselves, and it was in these conditions in which Sidonie was raised. Glamour and decor were every day parts of her life and her parents and siblings both look and act the part.
For the most part, Sidonie is much of the same. She dresses accordingly; vivacious enough to draw the eye but never gaudy. Accents were insulated by tutors thus she sound like a native speaker when communicating in French, English and Italian. Her voice never raises but there is no need for it to; there's a steel to it whenever she chooses to speak. To the untrained eye, she's the perfect example of a socialite, really, but when one bothers to scratch beneath the surface, it isn't that difficult to find what awaits barely under her first layer of skin.
There's a restlessness to her that lands her in trouble, and a need to always keep moving. She is tactile, preferring to use her hands over other forms of magic, and enjoys having a place to grow on her lonesome. Which is not to say she's a homebody or allergic to human interaction; Sidonie does enjoy good company, and partying, she's sure, is coded into her DNA. But there's also the need to unwind, often, and can go for days without speaking to anyone at all.
After her time as a research assistant in Venezuela ended, Sidonie was summoned back home by her parents. Having been single for a substantial period of time (possibly longer than she'd care to admit), marriage prospects were presented and nearly literally paraded by her parents. She rejected them all as was expected, and then received an ultimatum. Settle down with a husband or settle down with a job that doesn't keep you venturing into the mountains of Peru or Atacama desert for weeks at the time. Sidonie, instead, chose to go directly to her grandmother, requested a significant amount of gold and purchased the Magical Menagerie. She's been more or less estranged from her parents ever since, but rather than pondering on it for long, she's chosen to focus her attention elsewhere. Her hopes are to turn the Menagerie into something like a sanctuary, and has disposed of any and all cages that were previously in the establishment. She is currently in the middle of renovations.
