Not really wanting any of her help, but hoping that she'd calm down if he allowed it. And thirdly, "Raw meat."

... Was she satisfied? Would she stop with the grinning? Had the bouncing calmed down a bit?

And just when he thought it couldn't get any worse, the child decided to cling to his leg the same way a drowning man would to a life raft. Only the Creatures' Professor had a feeling he wasn't about to be her savior in this scenario. "...No," Actually, he could resist how cute and sweet and helpful she was. It was his greatest talent.
