Ohh, this looked SO EASY! Ariadne could do this! She pointed her wand toward the cabinet. "Alohomora!" she said. No movement. Just an incantation. When nothing happened, she looked back at the boy with a disappointed look on her face. "Was there some kind of wand movement with that?"

"Ariadne," he repeated, trying to commit the girl's name to memory. "I'm Thornton. And no problem, happy to."

Thornton took his box out of the cabinet and closed the door. He turned the box over in his hand, looking it over. He'd have to unlock this too, but it was something that would have to wait. He was distracted, turning back to look at Ariadne at her question.

"Oh, sorry," he said, looking to the lock and then his wand. He'd clearly done it too fast. "It's hard to notice. It's sorta of a subtle backward 's' but really quick"**. He re-demonstrated the movement, slower this time.

"Got it?"
