She was only picking with him because she still hadn't gotten her Valentines gift yet. She was a GOOD girlfriend, who give presents on the same day and NOT the next. He had it, it was right there in the bag in hand. She glanced down at the bag and gave him a pouty face as she walked through the door. Yes, she was at the point that she was making a fake pouty face. Waiting for him to catch up after he closed the door behind them. She grinned and took his free hand. Although she was tempted to grab his hand with the bag and take the bag.
First the door and now a chair, Well. she really couldn't help but to grin. She quickly pecked him on the cheek before sitting down in the chair. She didn't look down at the menu yet, she was busy eyeing the red gift bag. Pouting. She heard his question "I don't know. Why don't you let me open the bag and see?" She knew he was referring to the menu. But right now food wasn't on her mind. She grinned though, "I have no idea, Cheesecake? Or order one of everything and share?" Of course she was kidding about one of everything. Maybe just a few thing. They always got the cheesecake when they came here. She looked at him. "Share a few different favors of cheesecakes like we always do." She smiled at him. Or maybe this time cheesecake and something else. He saw her eyes and he chuckled. Bart loved to toy with people it was such fun for him and toying with his own girlfriend with something as good as a gift. Pulling at the menu and ignoring her eyes and questions about the bag he just grinned and acted like he was trying to figure out the food. “One of everything sounds good, but we could go for the cheese cake. Let’s try those finger sandwiches too. They look good.” He was hungry, but that wasn’t anything knew the boy was always hungry.
He glanced over the menu to see what Cinna was doing and couldn’t hold back any longer, “Okay here” He handed her the gift with the picture of them in the necklace, the candy, and the other things. He did hope she would like them. Though making her wait was a great gift, but only just for him. He glanced at the menu and as much as he really didn’t want tea, he figured he’d get some since it seemed like the big thing here. Cinna better like what he was doing, because at the moment this date thing was fun, but not his style of places to eat. When summer came he was going to make her go on a date somewhere they could get huge steaks and real food.
