That is correct, Mr. Banner." Now was he possibly suggesting that.. Oh Merlin, this was Hogwarts students after all, "
but that's not our main objective today." Still had more grounds to cover, literally. But away from here now. "
That should do for this area. I think we can head over to the Playpens Walkway now." Surely some feathered friends wouldn't mind their visiting. At least a few here were familiar with them enough to not have any trouble.

Oh, no. Gabe was simply curious...but if that wasn't the focus today, then good. This tree was apparently dangerous, anyway. No need to linger.
He'd collected some materials from the professor's bag before jotting a few things down. Here and there, you know. It wasn't very accurate, but how could it be? Gabe's depth perception wasn't the best. He couldn't judge distances without the proper tools...but he'd followed Culloden's lead and carried on.
Of course, at the mention of animals, the Ravenclaw MADE A FACE. WHY was it always about creatures?! The urge was there...to simply make his way back up to the castle and call it a day with the mapping. But he wanted to see it through, no matter what frustrating elements were involved. He didn't like to quit. Quitters got nowhere in life...That and he'd quit enough things recently to feel self-conscious about adding one more to the list.
Bracing himself against possible embarrassing behavior (i.e. fainting, vomiting, etc), he followed closely behind the others.
