Normally, Waylon would've been late. Very late. Or might've just forgotten to show. But today was a special day, and he happened to arrive at Madame Puddifoot's right on time. No. Actually, he was EARLY. So early, in fact, that he had already made his way up to the counter, sat down and had a slice of cheesecake before his wife arrived.

Of course, he kept looking for her. It was hard not to. Especially when he knew she was going to say something about his choice of food. But, since she was the one who was late this time, only not really because, again, he had been EARLY, he thought it was okay to order another.

Which is exactly what he did when he finally spotted her.

And just like he thought, she sat herself in the corner and was eyeing up the door. Hehe. He waited a moment, just to see if she would spot him, but when she didn't, he picked up his cake and the things he had ordered for her and moved to slide in the seat across from her. Hi, wife! "You're late." Just kidding! "So I had to order for you." A fruit salad and a pumpkin juice. And, she could have some of his cake if she wanted it, too.
