be curious, not judgmental There were LOTS of friendly faces there, and as they arrived, Sophie greeted all of them - especially Josie, Benzi, Eden, Gabe, Eves, Tia, but she made a point of giving extra smiles to Abby, Chris, and Ophie, too, as she didn't know them well. Tanner was there, too, and Sophie was pleased when the woman got them all started - PINGO. She knew what that was, and the sixth year watched with a grin as the others tried the spell out.
Oooh, this was going to be fun.
PUMPED and ready to go, Sophie bounced on her heels as Kitridge explained the rules. Simple enough, it was, though she would've rather been blue because blue was way prettier. But BRONZE was well-known as a trophy color while BLUE was not, so bronze was clearly superior. It may have signified third place, but that was better than BLUE which didn't signify ANYTHING, so... TEAM BRONZE WAS THE WAY TO GO.
But... Eden AND Benzi were betraying her? HER OWN FRIENDS? Sophie VERY POINTEDLY wrinkled her nose at both of them and surveyed the rest of her housemates. "C'mon, guys. Tanner and I've got it going on. Gabe's got his book smarts, but TEAM BRONZE's got PIZZAZZ. STYLE. FLAIR. ENERGY. We've got what it takes to WIN!" she grinned, her tone light and playful, and raised a hand to high-five Tanner in ENTICING CAMARADERIE.
...How were her recruiting tactics going? EVES? JOSIE? TIA?
