She would even be perfectly fine with being five feet tall. Emmylou saw and HEARD Professor Flamsteed. Was it just her? She would bet that anyone could hear him from a mile away. It wasn't uncommon because he was loud and normally very excited about his job and he seemed to be very excited about this field trip but who wouldn't be, yeah? It was a field trip and to someone like Emmylou who had never been on a field trip before she was super, extra excited about all of this. She waved at Professor Flamsteed and Mr. Kitridge. "Hello." Emmylou smiled becuase she was so excited about seeing her friends that she forgot to say hello to them which was very rude of her. Emmylou looked around to see if there was anyone else that she knew. People just kept showing up and she knew nearly all their faces but she wasn't friends with all of them...yet. She would like to be friends with all of the people here but the was really impossible to do throughout the whole summer because friendships need to start off slowly before they really even take off. The blonde kept looking around and saw a badger that she knew. No it wasn't Kace but Kace was already here so that really didn't matter all right now. Emmylou sent a wave over to Adi. "Hey Adi." She said smiling. "HEY!" Emmylou smiled when she saw her best friend/sister/cousin, that would be Cinna "I lost you!" She said to her. "How did I lose you? My shortness? I'm blaming my shortness on this one." The blonde nodded at Cinna.
Beaming at Emmy. Which was something that she didn't do at all. She was just that excited. "Hi!" They had been apart for each other for what? Ten minutes? Hehe. Emmy must have gotten ahold of some candy already this morning. "I found you, guys" though it always seem that Bart was the one always finding her, so the change was nice. Cinna laughed "I don't know. You were there then you wasn't. Maybe it could be the issue." She shrugged. Emmy was short. Cinna was quite tall for a girl. He just hoped he actually saw some cool things as well as maybe finding some new ingredients for his potion collection. That would be great. Looking over his shoulder he saw Emmy coming, well if Emmy was there he knew his girl would be right behind.*
"Sup Emmy" He gave her a smile as she come up beside him. He glanced at her hand and then was distracted by her words, "I haven't, was hoping you did." His brown eyes moved around, she was around here somewhere, he knew she got on the train.* He couldn't help but chuckle, "Yep you found me." Though he wasn't that hard to find, he didn't think at least.*
Just as he was going to say something else he heard another voice and felt her arm around him. "Hey babe" He grinned and moved his arm. "We were wondering where you were. Though maybe you partied too much at the reception and were sleeping on the train. " He was glad he didn't have to make the effort to go back through the train looking for her. Though he would have if needed. "Think we'll be getting started soon?" They were traveling by portkey, right?*
Looking at the librarian a little funny for a moment, it was just an odd question to ask someone, but he found it humorous as well. * "Yes sir, of course I brought my swimwear. Wouldn't want to be the only one without any." He might have snickered a bit, but he didn't, he just kept a straight face, "I would never leave home without my wand, I'll be ready to use it if needed. You can count on me." Giving the man a bit of a salute to show he was ready to get to their adventure. *
He noticed Aegis a bit away and gave him a nod back. Funny how things change as you get older. He use to call Aegis a great friend, but something lately was off. Bart wasn't trusting of him as much anymore, so he didn't just go over. No the nod was fine.*
Seeing another nod he looked towards Abbi, he knew she had come as well. They had talked about their summer plans. Nodding back, "Sup Abbi." He couldn't help but pull his arm around Cinna more as he grinned towards the Gryffindor. It was just a way they had with each other really.*
As his eyes scanned the area, he couldn't help but remember what Cutty had come to him about with Sophie. His brain went to that, but was distracted seeing Zander make some eye contact, his smirk was on his face. * "Sup Zander, having a good summer so far." See people he could be nice. He didn't ask jokingly if he had any plans to get anyone eaten. So he was in his eyes being nice.*
Hearing his name he turned and smile, there were only a slim few people that got a Bart real smile and his long time best friend was one of them. "Sup Brynny, you ready to go on this adventure." At least that's what everyone was calling it. He was hoping something exciting would happen, but he wouldn't get his hopes up either. He was here to find something epic and potion ingredients that was about it.*
Seeing Grayson come into view, giving a nod as he greeted them, "aw nothin, sup with you?" They were all pretty much just standing around waiting. "Doing anything cool this summer, well other then this?" He didn't know why but all the people made him wish Nemo was around. He wasn't big on the crowds, this term he really felt he liked keeping to himself more so this was just enough for him to deal with.
Hearing Benny's greeting the sixteen year old looked his way, "Hows your summer so far?" He could be social when he wanted to be, heck he was even in a pretty good mood. He was sure Cossy wasn't coming on this trip so he would be fully parent free and that hadn't been since his mother married his potion professor a year and a half ago. *
Well she seemed excited now didn't she? "You ready for the trip I see." Seemed like most of them were at least. Seeing Flamsteed show up Bart assumed it was almost time to go, which was fine by him it was getting a bit crowded *here.
Seeing a dude seeming to be alone, Bart nodded his way. "Sup dude" He could be cool and talk to strangers, he wasn't scared. "Think we'll be getting going soon?" Knowing the boy was Ravenclaw and maybe a year younger, Bart figured he was excited. Most of the younger ones probably were since it was the first time they were getting to even go. *
Cinna really couldn't help but to smile when he was around her. Then he had to go and call her babe. She giggled. Hehe. If he ever called her something like cinnabun in front Emmy or anyone really she would probably die. Well now she was really smiling. "Hey, hot stuff. Getting excited for the trip?" She might have giggled a bit calling him that. Only a little bit.
She give him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Just making it through the crowd." There was quite a few people going on the trip. "Oh no, I had a great time last night at the reception. I'm not a bit sleepy." Even though she didn't sleep at all last night. "I hope so." She really did the sooner they left the sooner they'd be there. She smiled and give her a side hug back. They were basically family now, right? Yeah not really. She was with Mitchie who had just become her cousin in law. Or brother in law. Whichever Mitch, abd Stella were both like family to her now. "Where's Mitchie?" He was coming right? Cinna hadn't seen him around. If he was there he would me with her, right? They were worse then her and Bart or her and Emmy. Didn't see one without the other.* SPOILER!!: Kace sticking Grayson in here too.

More like the boy strutted his way to the meeting point, one hand holding onto the strap of his backpack as he went. Sure, this field trip included going to freaking SCOTLAND, which was right near Hogwarts anyways, and it included being surrounded by tiny, probably annoying, kids but you know what? Dude felt GOOOOOOOD, not to mention dead manly. And he kinda had a really good feeling about this.
Kinda. They might not be going to Hogwarts but the last field trip they went on wasn't exactly a walk in the park.
Smirking slightly at certain memories, the seventeen year old approached the group. "'Sup, Professor. Hey, Mr Kitridge." Nods to the two of them because he had MANNERS.*
Well well well. Would you look at the turnout? Zander, Dante, Adi, Ethan, Bart, Gold, Cinna and Puck all got 'sup nods from the Slytherin, along with "'Sup, guys!" Not a bad turnout.
And Abbi got a wink for the lulz.
And where was that girlfriend of his? HMMM?
Cinna smiled and waved at Kace. She was glad that he was here. Emmy had him here. Well she figured that Kace would head over to Emmy. She watched as he turned to talk Puck? PUCK? Mmmm. She eyed Kace. Rude. Really, dude? You're hot girlfriend is standing over here. That was fine Emmy was hers now. So ha! No actually it wasn't fine. She kept eyeing him.
Cinna spotted and head Grayson Whitlock. Haha this was going to be great. She laughed "Grayson, you're coming on this trip? How's summer been for you?" Whity's presence wasn't taking from eyeing Kace.
Oh so now he was coming over to see Emmy? Sorry Emmy your boy was getting called out on his actions. "Yeah, I'm ready. I'm here." Still eyeing him. "We have been here the whole time. Emmy has been here the whole time." As far as double dates. Nope. It sounded way to much like something that Lux would want to do. Thank goodness that she wasn't coming. Mostly she was just excited. Skipping along to where she spotted a few already gathered - fellow almost-sixth-years - she grinned at them as she hopped up and down excitedly. Hopefully they wouldn't have to sit long in their journeys because she couldn't sit nor did she want to.*

He carried his backpack toward everyone. Aegis looked around and saw that many had already began to gather. The CoMC Professor was here, as was the Librarian dude. Were any other Professor going to grace their presence? Like Hmmmm The Almighty Flamsteed?*
Right anyways he gave a grin towards Zander, whom Aegis felt he could form a friendship with since events bonded them together, he nodded towards Bart, and stood beside Good Ol' Family Friend, Ethan Mordaunt. "Lucky." was all he told Ethan as he stood beside the Snake. Quote:

Accountancies? “Hey Marigold,” she grinned as she continued to look around at the mismatched group almost searching for people she knew…and of course she gave Bart a nod. *“Hello Mr. Kitridge,” Puck grinned at the librarian…sure she’d spent time in the library this term but she still hadn’t really chatted wit the librarian…no time really with the prefecting and the OWLing and the trying desperately to avoid studying with well…whatever means necessary.

That much was evident as he keeeeept smiling at all the others, even people he didn’t really know all too well. But he DID make sure to send waves towards Adi and AJ. And then ETHAN Mordaunt came over and he received a big ol’ smile as well. ”Hey Ethan! D’you know if Simon’s coming on the trip?”
And that glitter girl, Norah, came by too. She got a GRIN as well. Merlin, what was going on?! Zander had been SO wrong. He thought he’d never smile again after Fifth Year. But ahem. Dramatics. ”Hi, Marigold.” Yes, even SHE got a goofy grin, no trace of that ahem awkwardness from the incident arising on his cheeks. Thank Merlin.*

Although he really ought to have opted to change into his wetsuit rather than wear it under his freshly pressed baby blue suit. Shaking his head and rubbing the back of his neck, the Astronomy professor reached into his backpack for a packet of space ice cream - mint chocolate chip, for anyone who cared to know - and quickly tore into it. He had been working with muggle children all summer at the National Space Centre, with a few wizarding youths thrown into the mix, and may have splurged a bit on some of the goods in the gift shop. Just a bit. Ahem.

Allowing the freeze dried deliciousness to melt in his mouth, he took one last deep breath. "Hello hello!" he roared in greeting. "Stellar day for a bit of a swim, isn't it?" Saluting students as he went, the astronomer went to stand near Leobald and Javy. "Good day, gentlemen," he saluted, the knots tightening in his stomach again. A field trip without Medea....and her alone in their home wishing to extend their family tree even further. Sweet solstice what was he going to come home to?! "Travel in three groups, is it? Portkey for the each of us?"
This was going to help his stomach soooooooooooooo much.
So awkward there was an entire other group standing around with her that she hadn't even bother to speak to, yet. Either because didn't care too much for them or it had been a while since she had spoken to them or hardly spoke to them in the first place. They were all soon to be Gryffindor sixth years, too. They had all week together so she could deal with small talk with them, right? She would try.
She gave each a grin, Abbi got a special smirky grin. Even more when Bart pulled her closer. Hehe. She looked at him and gave him a small quick grin too. Then turned back to the others. "Hey guys. Are you guys excited about the trip? Having a good summer?" Ugh small talk. But it was enough for her. She doubted that any of them would talk to her anyway.
"Hello, Professors!" Thompson and Kitridge was there. As chaperones she assumed. And look who is was, her head for house himself Flamsteed had arrived with no Medea. did that mean that it was almost departure time? Please. She was really to get out of this group of too many people she'd rather not be around so she could be closer with the ones she did want to be around
