| post 1 Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict The only reason Brooklyn would have had any inclination of telling the headmistress, or anyone else who wasn’t at the lesson, about them flying would have been if it had any incentive toward her. As in, if she’d get something from it. She couldn’t think of anything right now, so therefore, she wasn’t apt to tattle. Besides, she remembered riding the hippogriffs last term. Riding Balerion would just be that much better, and as for Dot’s worry about if it was safe or not… dragons were supposed to be dangerous. They weren’t housecats after all. She wasn’t afraid, and since she’d figured her dragon had wanted out of his cage, she opened the door and reached a hand in to let him crawl on.
Once he was out, she set him on the ground while she took her wand out again. Practice first. She didn’t want to explode her dragon after all, or make any other sort of mistakes. “Engorgio,” she whispered, slowly getting louder as she repeated the incantation. Just to normal levels, though. She didn’t need to yell, and she was still watching her tiny dragon prowling around again. Once she’d figured she had that down, she started twirling her wand around. Clockwise circle, but not finishing it. That was almost as easy as pointing. It was like making a ‘C’ shape, sort of. Maybe a little more of the circle. Were they supposed to just focus on how big they wanted their dragons, or was there more to the spell than that?
