It was working. The fruit thing was ACTUALLY WORKING?? And... He still had an extra one too, so uh maybe he'd just roll that out now? Just 'cause uh, what was he going to do with it anyways? Not like he'd want to eat it. Zander bent down just enough so that he could gently roll the apple in with the other fruit. There. Now there was a whole pile of them, shining nicely so that the Porlock would really want to get them. HEHE.
He waited patiently as the Porlock was suddenly a lot closer. Taking out his wand, he followed the instructions and quickly pointed right at the creature. "Animalis Fidelis!" AND the Porlock was really, REALLY approaching now!! This was GREAT news! It meant that he wasn't screwing up and man, this was great. Also why Zander loved creatures 'cause he could actually do this stuff, y'know!?
Ha. See, he wouldn't fail one of his OWLs, at least that was for sure.
