Pausing to write the categories she'd just discussed on the board, Meredith underlined each and checked the time quickly. Yup, they needed to move on.
Clapping her hands together, the brunette stood in front of her desk again and eyed the group. "I'd like everyone to get up from their seats and move to the front of the room. I'm going to do a little reorganizing and I think it best if you're out of the way." Didn't want anyone being hit by a table! "While you're standing up here, I'd like you to find a partner! Someone you feel you can trust would be best." Dependability was important as she'd just mentioned. "Alright, you lot. Let's get a move on!"

Eh. They'd reached THAT part of the lesson...Partnering up.
See, Gabe was the person who naturally assumed no one wanted to work with him. He was quiet. He didn't socialize or go out of his way to make friends. Some people might've read it as snobbish behavior...when it WASN'T that. No...he was just...shy.
Essentially.
Looking around, he tried to think through possibilities logically. Not Caleb...because they, as Prefects, needed to space out. So, that counted out Zander...and CB...and Adi....and really, they needed to try and mix up the years, if they could. It was most logical, anyway.
Hmm.
Gabriel cleared his throat.
"Would anyone like to work with me?" FORCED CASUAL.
