Scout graduated from Hogwarts and immediately went on to University where she studied journalism and political science. Editor of her university paper her senior year, Scout went on to work at a number of small publications as she built her portfolio. Her big break came when she went undercover to report on the smuggling of dragon parts out of Eastern Europe.

Over the course of her career, Scout has worked for a number of different papers and magazines, always with great success. She has moved back to London and taken the job at the Prophet to be closer to her grandchildren.
