Which was why this moving thing was bugging him so much. They need a plan! They only had another 9 months to figure out what to do! "Diplomacy? I imagine that can be challenging." In fact, Tiberius imagined that trying to avoid being eaten by a dragon was simpler than having to deal with diplomatic issues. Staring back across the water, Tiberius spied two people having what looked to be a bit of an argument, though he couldn't hear what they were saying. He chuckled, and then turned to Lara, thinking he should offer some sort of explanation. "When I was younger, my mum and I would go to the park and sit on a bench and make up stories about the people we saw. It's... become a bit of a reflex now." He gestured across the water. "Couldn't help but make up a ridiculous story about their argument." Good, he didn't think she was stupid. Or maybe he did but didn't want to be mean but then he didn't have to. "Yeah, I did feel brave back then," she chuckled remembering how she sashayed to her boss's office announcing her resigning. "It's just that I can't help but feel doubtful certain times," Which of course sucked. "But I hope the guilt and regret will fade when I get myself another job," The ministry hopefully!
She was going to say the same about dragons, the challenging part that is. "Is it? I don't know I quite enjoy it. M'good with words and discussions I suppose," It didn't take her lots of time to realize that was what she wanted to study. "For me, it's certainly easier than having to deal with dragons," she raised an eyebrow at him giving him a suspicious look, playfully. "Did you always like dangerous creatures?" Or were they? She wasn't quite sure.
Other people did that, too! Although, she used to do it alone but it was fun still. Her mother would have probably disapproved of her imagination and the way she made fun of some people, anyway. "I sometimes do that, too!" In a way. Her eyes followed his gaze and finding the couple he seemed to be talking about. She watched them thoughtfully before speaking, "I'd say one was late or forgot an important meeting some time earlier," Her eyes squinted trying to read the body language to see who looked angrier and who seemed to be pleading not guilty.
