Annoyed. That was perhaps the simplest way to describe her current mood. Annoyed.
Emily had hoped there would be some progress with the assessments on the Ministry lockout situation, however she was sorely disappointed. It wasn't even the conditions of their makeshift locations that annoyed her most, though MLE had it pretty well off in comparison to some of the others. But what irked her most, was the lack of work they had. Most of all they had to do was locked up and out of reach, which was an itch in her side that she simply couldn't scratch. Dare she say it? Annoying.
After a quick surveillance of the old Ministry, Emily stopped off across the road for food, it wouldn't do her or her employees any good if she returned to their hole in the ground unfed. Even if things still looked bleak, food would placate her to some extent. Once inside, her hazel eyes panned the room, locking on.. THAT guy. Yes. She would go pester him, ask him about his skirts and whatnot. Merlin knew he sounded more an expert on the matter than her. According to Gavin, he'd even pulled it off rather well, definitely noteworthy.
"Mind if I join you?" she asked, sidling up to his table. He didn't have a choice in the matter, really, and this was evident as she sat.
