It's not like he was going around calling girls trollface or something.
He didn't really give off any signals as to whether he found himself impatient or not, but instead just supplied the answer for her from his key. Which, by the way, stated that she didn't want to be here. "False," she added openly. She wanted to be here. And they had found fault in this arithmancy divination.
But regardless of how accurate it was, she was still going to participate. "I guess we can do age, as well? Or height." Height might offer them some numbers that were actually different. Of course it was false, he mused. It was all a load of dragon dung anyway. This whole class, the Professor and all of it, but it was a low stress environment and Ascanius liked this class enough. It had helped him with his facial hair crisis at the beginning of the term, so he was indebted to it in many ways.
Smirking over at Schuyler, the little mouse, he said easily, "We should probably do height next, yeah? If you don't have any objections, beautiful." Not that she should. It was extremely straightforward and he wasn't keen on doing anything beyond or above was he was told to do. Or even do much of the talking stuff.
Much better to only speak when directly spoken to or out of necessity in a class setting.
