Okaaay. So he'd practiced the spell a lot now. He as pretty sure that he could do it. Well he could say it anyway. And Clement was sure that was half of the business. Now he just had to hope that he could actually do the spell when it came to it. He had to have some confidence in himself though. He had passed his charm OWL so he must have some skills in charms. He just needed to figure out what he was going to attempt to slow down. Hmm. A book maybe? Yes. That would work, seeing as he did have a book. He bent down to his bag, and pulled out his charms book. Perfect. He held it in his hands, and nodded. Yes. That looked good.

Nowww. He had to drop it to the floor. Then do the spell. That sounded good. Pulling out his wand, he held the book in his one hand. "Three...two... one...." He murmured to himself, before dropping the book, and muttering. "Arresto Momentum." He didn't think it was going to work, but then it began to slow down, until it thudded to the floor gently.
