Being part of a staff has taught me how important it is to work as a team to better the students, the school, and even the community. More importantly, being the Deputy Headmistress taught me a great deal about holding such a large responsibility and I was able to see just how the school ran. I feel like the last nine years of teaching and leading a school has definitely qualified me for a position on the board." She smiled once again at the audience and then at Cassandra and then returned to her seat.
