... "Maybe helping out your housemate here would be a great idea." The girl was still talking about charms. Sigh. Botros shook his head at her softly, "No, dear. We can't risk a blasting spell to break a metal box in a room full of students." Or humans, really. However, he reached behind and snatched a pendant from his desk's drawer. "You need this, though. Wear it or hang it somewhere and I hope the magic of the runes will be with you." And shove some rune sense into her.

Feo is a very excited Crup who doesn't like to be sat, grabbed or even petted. Just runs around, fetches and chews." Ab hesitated, would Feo try and chew this kid's pants? Maybe it was not such a good idea...

"The retractable leash will save you a lot of trouble." Feo didn't like to be strangled or pushed around. And Ab was so tempted to get rid of this tiring task. He glanced around at the rest of class, noticed that everyone filed out of the room and started to move toward the door himself, gesturing for the young boy to follow him. "Let me introduce you two." And when Odessa goes away with Feo, Ab will clean his classroom up.
