Eliza almost tripped over the runner on the floor as she entered the kitchen. Recovering her balance, she continued to follow her nose. I know there's something sweet in here somewhere... She could really use a snack before the next mealtime and muffins were sounded really great. She was surprised at how many students were in the kitchen and was pleased to see a new familiar face.
She walked further into the room, still searching for muffins, and waved at the Hufflepuff girl she'd been partners with in Divination. "Hi Ella!" she called out as she continued her quest.
There seemed to be all sort of foods being made my students, but she'd heard the elves were superb chefs. Cinnamon...or maybe blueberry, NO strawwwberry muffins. Ooo those sound so good... Just the thought of a warm muffin almost made her mouth water. And I'm sure there must be butter somewhere around here too... I wonder if they have brown sugar.... She didn't want to interrupt Ella's conversation with the other girl, but she really didn't know where anything was kept in the kitchen. If Ella had a moment, maybe she would ask her. |
