His eyes went to the plants in the cafe first, as they naturally do since they're his only reason for visiting, before settling on the woman the creatures staff were seemingly focused on. "Constance Wellington?" He offered her a hand. "I'm Rafael Belmonte. Environment."

After a small moment of conversation-silence, Ella's eyes caught movement as another man entered into the food court. When he got closer, it was easy to detect his Spanish nationality. That made her smile to herself a little. She missed Spain... But anyway.

Ergh. Constance. She was always tempted to just not include her first name. Ella smiled politely and shook the man's hand. "A pleasure to meet you, Mr. Belmonte. I go by Ella, though, my middle name." Ella wasn't really one for formalities unless it was someone like the Minister or someone she didn't know. And environment, lovely. "We share a level," she commented, although he most likely already knew that. It was more of a verbal thought for herself.
