Amelia sighed in relief when her hair was released, but of course her daughter started to cry. Apparently she liked yanking on mommy's hair.

"Hush, Isabel. Hush."

She was about to straighten up to bounce Issy when Jasper and his nephew came over. "Jasper! Anderson, my little buddy!" It was so good to see them. She started tickling the little boy with her free hand.
