The second year studied the older Ravenclaw's face breifly as she noticed a smirk. But almost as soon as the other girl had smirked she was looking away again, so Lily drew her gaze from the girl back to the poster that was hanging there. "I just hope everything goes back to normal soon.... I want our head of house back." The redhead commented before shaking her head no to the jellybeans. Not always the best idea to go eating right before quidditch practice.
Well… Ravenclaw had done very well at the previous games. And now the team was going to play against Slytherin in the final. Gwen was hoping the Claws would win. After all, they really deserved it. Each of the members had probably practiced a lot this term. Even though she was still unsure about it, Gwendolyn started thinking about trying out next year. Though, she knew she wouldn’t be able to accept failure…and that might be a problem. Err. Might? Scratch that. It would be a problem for sure.
Her thoughts were interrupted by something the other girl said.
‘Me too’, she admitted. The fourth year really wanted things to go back to normal. But in the last period there hadn’t been many cases with freezing people. Come to think about it , there haven’t been any incidents in the past weeks.
‘It looks like things are going back to normal…’ Already. Yes.
Gwendolyn drew her attention away from the announcement.
Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. What could she do next? She hadn’t made any plans with her friends for until later that day, so she had plenty of time to kill.
‘I can’t believe this term is almost over’, she said all of a sudden. As much as she waited to return home, Gwendolyn couldn’t help being a bit sad for leaving Hogwarts.
