She couldn't help but stare at him..he was going to talk to them!? "NO." Evelyn said, surprised. She didn't want him talking to Louisa. Jeez. That would be disastrous. "I was just curious, that's all. You aren't to go blabbing about this to anyone else, understand?" She bit her lip nervously, waiting for his response.

The second one had lost all his faith as of now. If he cared her in the past, he didn't anymore. For all he cared, she could just drown somewhere and he wouldn't move a hair to save her.
