As soon as he ceased tickling her sides, Selina took a deep breath to try and get a flow of oxygen into her system. When Gideon had originally intended to tickle her she had expressed that she was extremely ticklish, one could even call it chronic. However, she had decided to push Gideon beyond the point of threatening to tickle to the point of actually following through the tickle. In many ways, she was to blame for her current state of breathless nature. She knew that she was extremely ticklish but she had puffed out her chest and put on an air of false bravado to prove a point to Gideon. In the end the only point made was his point that he should not have ruffled his hair.

After a few moments of catching her breath she registered a pair of lips quickly kissing her cheek. It seemed that Gideon also recognized his prize and point was won. Her blue eyes shifted up to him to see him smiling in how victory. Part of her wanted to ruffle his hair again to prove that she was not so easily conquered, but then her sides ached with the memory of tickling and she decided against the idea. Perhaps the smarter option was not tickling Gideon...

When she finally recovered she slithered into him a little closer on the couch and rested her head on his shoulder. She rolled her eyes and replied to his comment, "Yeah yeah... Take your victory lap now. I'll get you later...".
