Well now, look who it is. The girl who doesn't know how to control her own wand... or how to keep track of it. Really? She didn't even know her wand was in her pocket? "An accident? It was just an accident?" Cece was glaring at the child now.
"You're stupid wand as you call it wouldn't have been able to go crazy like you say it did if YOU wouldn't have had it out in the first place." Not like the wand was going to go hexing people from her pocket now.
"By YOU having your wand out and pointing it at your so called friend here YOU have caused her to end up HERE in the hospital with these bruises on her legs. Don't go blaming the wand because you don't know how to control it. Ten points from Hufflepuff for your careless behavior."
Turning her attention back to Laura she started putting the cream on her legs.
"These bruises will be healed up in no time." And no thanks to her little friend over there.
Once she was done with Laura she turned back to Gwen.
"If I get any other students in here that are injured due to your careless use of your wand I WILL be taking your wand from you." And if the child wanted to get it back she would have to go to Tate to get it. Let her explain to the headman why she couldn't control her wand.
