Braeden looked hopeful, though still a little apprehensive when Ellie responded. He remained silent for a moment, forming his request in his head before speaking it aloud:

"Can you help me?" he asked, or more like pleaded. "To do that thing? The... assuring Emma that she isn't losing me and stuff?"
